Terms of Service
These terms govern use of this website and purchases or bookings with Wildsalbei Atelier, Gerechtigkeitsgasse 28, 3011 Bern, Switzerland.
1. Services
We offer cut flowers, bouquets, occasion florals, plants, and related advice. Seasonal availability may vary.
2. Orders & payment
Orders may be placed in person, by phone, or by email. Prices are in CHF. Custom occasion work may require a deposit.
3. Delivery & collection
Collection from the atelier is standard. Delivery within Bern may be arranged for a fee when agreed in advance.
4. Freshness
Cut flowers are perishable. Please follow the care notes we provide.
5. Cancellations
Same-day bouquets may be cancelled before preparation begins. Custom occasion orders follow the written confirmation.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
7. Governing law
Swiss law applies. Courts of Bern have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
